About ICEPS 2027
在全球能源结构深度转型、新型工业化与能源安全战略协同推进的时代背景下,高端能源装备与先进动力系统已成为支撑能源高效开发、清洁转化、可靠输送与灵活利用的核心载体。面向 “双碳” 目标与新型电力系统建设,风电、光伏、储能、氢能、燃气轮机、内燃机、分布式能源、智慧能源系统等装备与动力技术快速迭代,推动能源产业向高效化、低碳化、智能化、模块化方向升级。与此同时,极端工况适配、长周期可靠性、系统集成优化、全生命周期能效与碳排放管控、关键核心部件自主化等问题,成为制约能源装备与动力系统高质量发展的关键挑战。
为搭建全球能源装备与动力系统领域高水平学术交流与产业协同平台,汇聚国内外高校、科研院所、能源企业与装备制造单位的前沿成果与创新资源,能源装备与动力系统国际会议应运而生。本次会议旨在围绕能源装备设计制造、动力系统优化控制、高效低碳转化技术、智能运维与健康管理、系统集成与工程应用等方向展开深入研讨,促进理论创新、技术突破、成果转化与国际合作,助力能源装备自主可控与动力系统性能跃升,为构建清洁低碳、安全高效、智能灵活的现代能源体系提供坚实技术支撑。
本次会议由IEEE技术赞助,录用并注册的论文将提交IEEE Xplore数据库,并按IEEE审稿标准进行评审,并有机会被EI Compendex、Scopus检索。
Against the background of the in-depth transformation of the global energy structure and the coordinated advancement of new-type industrialization and energy security strategies, high-end energy equipment and advanced power systems have become core carriers supporting the efficient development, clean conversion, reliable transmission and flexible utilization of energy. Facing the "dual carbon" goals and the construction of new power systems, equipment and power technologies including wind power, photovoltaic, energy storage, hydrogen energy, gas turbines, internal combustion engines, distributed energy and smart energy systems are rapidly iterating, driving the energy industry to upgrade towards high efficiency, low carbon, intelligence and modularization. Meanwhile, extreme condition adaptability, long-term reliability, system integration optimization, full-life-cycle energy efficiency and carbon emission control, and the independence of key core components have become key challenges restricting the high-quality development of energy equipment and power systems.
To build a high-level academic exchange and industrial collaboration platform in the global field of energy equipment and power systems, and gather cutting-edge achievements and innovative resources from domestic and foreign universities, research institutes, energy enterprises and equipment manufacturers, the International Conference on Energy Equipment and Power Systems was established. This conference aims to conduct in-depth discussions on the design and manufacturing of energy equipment, optimal control of power systems, high-efficiency and low-carbon conversion technologies, intelligent operation and maintenance and health management, system integration and engineering applications. It will promote theoretical innovation, technological breakthroughs, achievement transformation and international cooperation, boost the independent control of energy equipment and the performance improvement of power systems, and provide solid technical support for building a clean, low-carbon, safe, efficient, intelligent and flexible modern energy system.
This conference is technically sponsored by IEEE. Accepted and registered papers will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore database, reviewed according to IEEE standards, and have the opportunity to be indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.

经过严格评审后,所有被接收的论文将提交至IEEE,以会议论文集的形式出版,并随后提交至IEEE Xplore数据库收录。
After a rigorous review process, all accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE for publication in the conference proceedings and will subsequently be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore database.

Submission Guidelines
- 所有投稿须为原创、未在其他会议或期刊发表过的研究成果。
- All submissions must be original research results not previously published in other conferences or journals.
- 论文须按照模板撰写,英文投稿。
- Papers must be written in English following the template.
- 投稿将经过至少两位专家的同行评审,以确保学术质量。
- Submissions will undergo peer review by at least two experts to ensure academic quality.
- 被录用的论文需在大会会场完成展示(张贴海报或口头汇报),才能进入出版流程。
- Accepted papers must be presented at the conference venue (poster or oral) in order to proceed to the publication process.
